IdealHTML.ai acts as a registrar reseller through our partnership with Enom. By registering a domain through us, you agree to comply with ICANN policies and our registrar partner's terms.
Upon successful registration and payment, you are the legal owner of the domain name for the registered period. You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information as required by ICANN.
Domains are registered for the period specified at checkout (1-10 years). Unless otherwise specified, domains are set to auto-renew. You will receive renewal notices 30-60 days before expiration.
Domain pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change for renewals. Payment is required upfront for domain registration unless you have been pre-approved for invoice payment.
You agree to provide accurate WHOIS information. WHOIS privacy protection is included free with all domain registrations to protect your personal information from public display.
You may transfer your domain to another registrar at any time after 60 days from initial registration, subject to ICANN transfer policies.
Domain name disputes are governed by ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). You agree to participate in any dispute resolution proceedings.
Domain registrations are final and non-refundable once processed with the registry. If registration fails for technical reasons, a full refund will be issued.
DNS management is included with all domain registrations. Default name servers will be configured at the time of registration.
We reserve the right to refuse domain registration for any reason, including but not limited to trademark infringement, illegal activities, or violation of policies.
