IdealHTML.ai provides web design, development, hosting, domain registration, and related digital services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment is due according to the terms specified on each invoice. For domain registrations, payment is required upfront unless you have been pre-approved for invoice payment. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Domain registrations are processed through our registrar partners. All domain registrations are subject to the registrar's terms and ICANN policies. Domain ownership transfers to you upon successful registration and payment.
Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed. Service refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
IdealHTML.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
